Skip counting is counting by a number that is not 1; for example, skip counting forwards by 2 would be 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 ⋯. Skip counting backwards by 3 from 21 would be 21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3, 0.
